The Town of Chester is requesting written proposals from Architectural and/or Engineering Firms to provide professional services for the design of the Town of Chester Highway Garage and Salt Shed Project located on Landfill Road in the Town of Chester, Warren County, New York. Services shall include construction drawings and development of all design documents (including technical specifications) suitable for construction, permitting and bidding. Assistance with bidding for construction and reviewing bids is also requested. Optional proposals for assistance with project funding will also be accepted. The selected firm will work directly with The Town Supervisor, Highway Superintendent, and Town Board.
