Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of pavement rehabilitation, curb replacement, sidewalk & curb ramp replacement, driveway replacement, and other appurtenant work associated with these improvements to various streets throughout the city. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Any Bidder who is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Bidding Documents, or finds a discrepancy or omission therein, may submit to the Engineer, Clark Dietz, Inc., 120 W Spring Street, Suite 400, New Albany, Indiana 47150, EMAIL: nick.pierce@clarkdietz.com (ATTN: Nick Pierce, P.E.), a written request for an interpretation or correction using the form found in Section 00105 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. No verbal questions or comments will be taken or addressed. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
