Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.

Major components of the Work include: Installation of new below grade WTP bypass piping. Inspection and repairs to prefiltration aerator. Pressure filter media replacement. Removal of water process piping valves and flow meters. Furnish and install new process piping valves and flow meters. Concrete detention tank, reclaim and clear well draining and cleaning. Furnish and install new submersible pumps. Ductile iron pipe cleaning and recoating. Demolition of existing WTP dehumidifier and associated ductwork. Furnish and install portable dehumidifiers. Addition of mechanical ventilation to WTP building. Furnish and install new door frames and hardware. Spot repairs of CMU walls and concrete stoops. Clean and seal exterior CMU walls. Replace existing WTP lighting with new LED lighting fixtures. Demolition of existing motor control center. Furnish and install new motor control center. Demolition of existing pressure filter control panel and remote terminal unit (RTU). Furnish and install new pressure filter control panel and plant supervisory control panel. Process instrumentation and controls improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner.
