InnoTech Alberta requires janitorial services as part of the regular building maintenance at our 3718 Roper Road satellite location for potential final year of lease. The lease on the property expires June 30, 2024. The janitorial service would be for the office space, men’s and women’s washroom and shower room on the main floor and office and kitchen space on the second floor. The main floor and second floor areas are 1,925 square feet each (total 3,850 square feet) Both floors having a combination of vinyl flooring and rug. The men’s washroom has one urinal, one toilet and one sink and is 140 square feet. The women’s washroom is 112 square feet with one sink and one toilet. The shower room is 98 square feet and has a sink and a shower stall. The washrooms and the shower room have vinyl flooring. Note: The main shop area is not part of the scope of the service requirement. Janitorial services 4 times per week after regular office hours. Scope to include: Emptying of garbage and recycle containers. Vacuuming/mopping of floors. Cleaning counter surfaces, door glass and handles. Cleaning of toilets, sinks and shower stall. Filling/replacing soap, towels and toilet paper. Bi-annually: Steam clean carpets. Strip and wax vinyl floor. Wash inside glass of outward facing office windows. Supply Consumables: Soap Paper towels Toilet paper All cleaning supplies and equipment Documents can be obtained from www.purchasingconnection.ca.
