The City of Detroit desires to enter into a revenue sharing model with firm(s) that will partner with the City of Detroit to provide Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and corresponding software solutions. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the deployment of EV charging station infrastructure, shall collect revenue for providing EV charging services to vehicle owners, and shall share a percentage of that revenue with the City. The Contractor shall design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) EVCS, including the furnishing and installation of hardware with accompanying software implementation for facilitation and management of EVCS, primarily for public use in the City of Detroit. All electric vehicle (EV) charger installations must have the ability to provide and receive an API interface with the City of Detroit's enforcement systems allowing for enforcement integration and two-way commencement of charging, meaning the ability to indicate charging from a charging station or parking meter.
