Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City requires a general contractor to provide mechanical upgrades and shower renovations at the North West Leisure Centre (NWLC) and Lawson Aquatic Centre (LAC) both located in Regina, Saskatchewan. The NWLC includes a family leisure pool, whirlpool and complimentary amenities, whereas the LAC includes a 65m main pool, teach pool, whirlpool, fitness centre and complimentary amenities. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
