Saving Project...

Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

PREQUALIFIED DSBN General Contractors only are invited to provide stipulated price bids for the following work: Ventilation System Upgrades at A N Myer Secondary School. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are PREQUALIFIED as well. This Project includes the replacement of new Classroom Unit Ventilators in 14 existing classrooms, ten Unit Ventilators on the ground floor, and four on the second floor. In two of the classrooms (Special Education classes) Unit Ventilators are to be included with air conditioning. The new Unit Ventilators are to be connected to existing hydronic system heating pipes at ceiling space, which have been feeding wall fin heaters in those classrooms, both units are to be provided control through new B.A.S system. In case no wall fins are present new hot water supply/return piping is to be provided. Also, there are recently installed unit ventilators (six units) on the ground floor, these unit ventilators are to be connected to new B.A.S. Question Deadline 05/08/2023 at 4:00 PM ET
