Florence County, South Carolina (Owner) is accepting bids from licensed and qualified Contractors to construct a stage rehab of approximately 72 feet of rough faced CMU retaining wall and steps for access at Brooks McCall Park located at 2001 Mechanicsville Road, Florence, SC. Florence County under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes ensures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, and age, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity it administers.
