Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
It is the intent of this RFP to obtain a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals to perform work pertaining to the installation of new pumps, piping and dispensers for the Mass Transit Propane Upgrade as described in contract documents. The award will be made to the proposal conforming to the RFP and will be most advantageous to the City. Price, Technical recommendation by the City's Engineer Utility Engineering and other factors considered such as delivery time, quality, operating and maintenance cost, service, resale value, etc. 2.1.2 The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
