Site work and paving for a road / highway in Weston, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town reserves the right to reject bids for any reason; to waive informalities and technicalities; and to accept the bid which the Town deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest cost bid. The Town reserves the right to review the bids and reject all bids, or take no action, or elect not to select any bid. The Town also reserves the right to cancel the bid at any time and to reissue this or a substitute Invitation to Bid at a later date. In its sole discretion and without prejudice, the Town will award a contract to the bidder that it feels is best suited to complete the scope of services. The bid does not constitute a contract or offer of employment. The Town reserves the right to negotiate with any bidder any amendments to the Road Paving Contract. The project is subject to appropriation by the Town.
