Renovation of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work consists of removal of existing Valley View Campus East Administration building mechanically attached roofing system including existing insulation and installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system; replacement of flashing where it exists and repair of the existing roof deck after the removal process to ensure a tight seal of the roof. Provide roof edge where parapet doesn't exist. Moreover, the work covers installation of roof walkway to provide access to and around the roof equipment; installation of a ladder to access all areas of the roof. Furthermore, the scope of work consists of removal of the existing roof pavers around HVAC, repair of existing equipment's curbs, and installation of new curbs under the equipment not having them. Provide new window glazing, seal joints, paint frame and metal portion of canopy/skylight, and clean windows of any residue and tint them for on existing canopy/skylight. The scope includes ladder replacement where damaged and installation of new in locations indicated on the drawings. Also, the project consists of communication/data conduit tray addition where the conduit is exposed, replacement of damaged or deteriorated support sleepers under electrical tray, and removal of existing radio antennas.
