Site work, paving and renovation of a medical facility in Dover, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for paving for a medical facility.
No bids received, unsure if/when project will rebid at this time. The Work involves exterior renovations to the Stewart County Community Medical Center, to include selective demolition of asphalt paving and curbs; site work; concrete slabs and concrete curbs; installation of a canopy system; and related work. Contractor shall also be responsible for worker protection, environmental pollution control, waste disposal and all other ancillary actions required to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings A Bid Bond shall accompany all Bids in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid. All Bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Tennessee Code Annotated Title 62 Chapter 6 regarding contractor licensing. Bidder's name, license number, license limits, classification and expiration date, must be placed on the outside of envelope containing the bid documents. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right, as its interest may require, to reject any and/or all Bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities herein. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for closing the receipt of Bids.
