Renovation of a restaurant in Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,372-square-foot, one-story above grade restaurant.
Improvements will include the following: selective interior demolition, flooring, ceilings, tile flooring and wall base, framed walls, painting, equipment installation, plumbing, sanitary, HVAC ductwork and diffusers, electrical, fire sprinkler modifications. The Exchange reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received. Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio - Starbucks Image Upgrade. This project will update the existing Starbucks to current Brand finishes/standards and reactivates the abandoned drive-thru, Bldg 1253. The Scope of this project is 2,372 SF.
