Site work and paving for a civil project in Pataskala, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work consists of storm sewer improvements and asphalt resurfacing. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Once the contractor begins work, work must be substantially complete within 90 calendar days of commencement of work. In any case, work must be substantially completed by November 3, 2023 Bidders shall submit requests for clarification, correction or interpretation to Tony Lenhart (tlenhart@structurepoint.com)
