This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). DESCRIPTION:Â Professional services needed to prepare a comprehensive survey and planning study to complete project number 673-23-106, Conduct Campus-Wide AHERA Survey at both the James A. Haley VA Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612 and the Brooksville VA Clinic, located at 14540 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613. This project will consist of a comprehensive sampling following AHERA guidelines to include, but not limited to thermal insulation, non-friable materials, surfacing material, fireproofing, etc. to include all buildings on the main campus except for building 100 as well as the Brooksville VA Clinic. Buildings Included: 1, 2, 19, 23, 24, 26, 27 30, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 68, 69, T33, T49, T61, T62, T73, T74, T75, T76, T77, T78, T80, T81, T82, T83, T99, and the Brooksville VA Clinic (approximately 1,500,000 sq ft total). Additionally, this project will include the creation of an AHERA asbestos management plan along with accompanying floor plans of each building showing all areas with Asbestos is special markings and color coded, as well as a cost estimate of abatement by square feet/linear feet per material.
