The intent of this solicitation is to immediately purchase modular/prefabricated buildings and the necessary construction services to build a multi-story walk-up residential complex, consisting of hundred (100) Two-bedroom One-bathroom apartments in Gallup, New Mexico. The agreement shall include the option to purchase an indefinite quantity of additional prefabricated units of any size over the contract term. Option to purchase additional units is not a guaranteed. Questions Due Date: Jul 13th 2023, 11:30 PM MDT Term of the contract to commence Date of Award through April 30, 2024. The District reserves the right to automatically renew this agreement for an additional two (2) each, one (1) year periods. In no event will the term be extended past three (3) years in total. Anticipated Substantial Completion - October 31, 2023 A one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Material Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of New Mexico will be required of the successful bidder(s) prior to EACH project 'Notice to Proceed' valued over twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Original copies of said bonds must be provided to the agency requesting the project and are to be filed with the agency's Procurement office. The method has not been determined.
