Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Blaine, Minnesota. Completed plans call civil work for an office development.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and prequalify subcontractors for the MN Capitol Complex Physical Security Upgrade project. Based upon evaluation of the responses to the RFQ, the successful responders will be eligible to submit bid proposals for work and enter into a contract with JE Dunn Construction, the Construction Manager as Constructor (CM) for the project.
