The demolition and reconstruction of two (2) Cartier Park Campground bath house facilities including: 1. North Bath House Building: demolition and removal of existing building structure; modification and reconstruction of site; new building construction including bathroom, shower, and laundry facilities; and associated new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. 2. South Bath House Building: demolition and removal of existing building structure; modification and reconstruction of site; new building construction including bathroom, shower, and dishwashing facilities; and new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. 3. Special Construction All substitution requests and RFIs must be submitted no later than May 16, 2023, at 5:00pm.
