Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kermit, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
ARPA-CLFRF #TX5215 Project includes the following Work: Telford Avenue will be reconstructed from SH 302 to W. Halley Street in Kermit, Texas, approximately 860 feet. Additionally, W. Halley Street and Telford Avenue improvements will be extended to allow access to the new Kermit Civic Center, approximately 460 feet. Scope of this Work will include establishing two 12-foot travel lanes with a hot mix asphalt concrete pavement section, curb and gutter, driveway construction, 4-foot-wide sidewalk, ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, and seeding. Work also consists of manhole and valve vertical adjustments, earthwork, pavement markings and signage, and erosion control. The deadline to ask questions is 6/19/2023 5:00 PM CST Written questions are encouraged and will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., local time on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
