Renovation of a municipal facility in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from General Contractors to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete the Operations Centre Interior Fitup Renovations in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to: - Removal and replacement of the existing suspended lighting fixtures in accordance with the Drawings. - Minor electrical work in accordance with the Drawings. - Minor relocation of sprinkler line to suit new layout in accordance with the Drawings. - Installation of new strobe fire alarm device in Tek Room, connected to main panel. Works to commence on or about Saturday, June 17, 2023, with completion by Sunday, July 09, 2023 Documents can be obtained at: https://ajax.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Tue May 16, 2023 11:30:00 AM (EDT) Award is subject to final approval.
