Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage and other related work as specified in the project documents and meeting any and all codes required Inquiries may be submitted in writing via the HPS eBids System The School intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.
