Description

Renovation of a stadium in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Intent of this Tender call is to obtain an offer to perform the work of removing existing roofing & installing new EPDM roofing on various roofs, supply install new metal siding wall system on east & west walls of the Gardens, replace sections of existing exterior doors/windows, infilling holes of arena ceiling, painting ceiling of arena, applying a Low E coating on the underside of the arena roof and the Curling Club Roof and associated types of work located at the Fort William Gardens at 901 Miles Street E, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
