Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code and other applicable law, the City of Bryan (the "City") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of the Bryan Midtown Park Phase 8A (Roadway A & Parking Lots): (The project consists of an approximate 1,441 linear feet of two-lane roadway with 8' and 10' wide sidewalks, two (2) parking lots (198 and 141 parking stalls), associated storm drain, 450 linear feet of 12' wide median in Villa Maria, approx. 1,110 linear feet of 12' multi-purpose trail, approx. 1,450 linear feet of 8" waterline, approx. 275 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, approx. 1,590 linear feet of 12" sanitary sewer, street lighting, and electrical/telecom/COB Fiber conduit runs) (the "Project").
