Remove door and frame, sheetrock and paint new wall. Entire office will be prepped and painted with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Paint. Color to be determined. Entire work area existing commercial carpet and cove base to be removed replaced with new Mohawk Smart Strand 6" vinyl cove base. Color to be determined. Remove and replace all ceiling tiles. Bathroom: Remodel the bathroom including: install new tile on the floor to be similar in material and color as new public restroom, the wall tile shall be same material as public restroom however smaller size (4X4 or 6x6) Replace vanity/sink cabinet with one similar to attached picture, install new sink of same size, however deeper to fit vanity and remove and install new toilet to match public restroom, framed mirror same size as existing and new air vent cover. Prep and paint walls above the tile. Closet outside of bathroom to be prepped painted, new floor, same as bathroom floor tile. Conference Room: Replace existing lighting fixtures with (6) new LED.
