Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in London, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,191-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center.
The North Laurel High School Auxiliary Gymnasium includes purchase or the Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure including the metal interior and exterior metal wall panels, metal soffit panels, metal roof and roof accessories for the new free-standing Auxiliary Gymnasium. All major HVAC equipment and electrical switchgear will be purchased as part of this release.
