**As of June 08, 2023, project was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC., and the awarded amount is $49,943.45** The proposed base bid consists of preparation, crack sealing, chip sealing, and other miscellaneous items of work on approximately 10,000 lineal feet of roadway and parking areas. The proposed alternate bids consist of crack sealing work on approximately 12,000 lineal feet of roadway and parking areas. Direct all questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents to the Public Works Director (Telephone 608-868-6921, or email mlanger@milton-wi.gov.com). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Public Works Director in response to such questions will be issued by Addendum emailed by the Owner's designated independent distributor, to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
