The City intends to award multiple contracts through this RFP process. The maximum contract term will be 5 years. The nature of the work will typically be limited in scope, involving primarily small to mid-size projects. In some cases, the City may request services for larger projects with multiple tasks, longer terms, and complex requirements. Interested consultants may propose to provide one or more categories of service. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of greatest expertise when selecting categories for response. A Qualifications Based Selection process will be used to select the most qualified proposer(s). Price, hourly rates, pricing policies and number of hours proposed, and/or overhead will be considered as per the City's Public Contracting Rules (COH-48-0220) and in compliance with Oregon Revised Statute ORS 279C.110.
