The work will be completed within 168 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed This project is conducted in order to replace existing roofing membrane and roof insulation. The new Vapor Barrier and the first layer of polyisocyanurate insulation shall be installed with adhesive under the Base Bid. The bidders shall submit a Unit Price for installing the Vapor Barrier with metal nails and plates depending upon the moisture contents of the existing concrete roof deck. 3. Install new EPDM membrane (.060"), with adhesive. Replace existing metal roof edges (Gravel stop) and all curb flashings as shown on the drawings.
