Site work for a civil project in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000318853 Question Acceptance Deadline 05/23/2023 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Furnish all labor, material and equipment to remove three (3) existing raw sewage pumps, piping, valves, electrical, and ancillary equipment from the existing wet well and valve vault and install three (3) new raw sewage submersible pumps, piping, valves, flow meter, bubbler, and operating equipment for a complete installation to pump from two wet wells, including crossover pipework and isolation valves. Work shall be completed while maintaining flow to the station. Exterior work includes concrete replacement, replace existing roof shingles, replace metal door, repair trim, and paint. Work to be completed per project plans and specifications. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron via MITN for that purpose. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors bidding on City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders.
