The Project is for: Removal and replacement of 520 linear feet of curb and gutter on he north side of Commercial Ave., removal and replacement of sidewalks and driveways, approximately 5 feet of asphalt removal and replacement from curb flow line for grading purposes, one ADA curb ramp improvement. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. The work included under this section consists of furnishing all material, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, and facilities, and performing all labor and services necessary for, required in connection with or properly incidental to furnishing, installing, and removing formwork as described in this section of the specifications, shown on the accompanying drawings, or reasonably implied therefrom, except as hereinafter specifically excluded. 2. Work Included a. Design of formwork, shoring and falsework b. Construction and removal of all forms. c. Installation of items furnished under other sections but indicated therein to be installed under this section. d. Accuracy of installation is responsibility of section furnishing item.
