Site work for a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Scope includes: 1. Approximately 1,150 LF of 10-inch PC 350 DIP water line; one bored creek crossing, and surface restoration of all disturbed work areas. The proposed water line will allow Stewarts Landing Subdivision to tie into Cassa Subdivision for redundant feed. 2. The Owner will furnish water line materials. Contractor shall submit qualification information as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders along with bid. Award, if award is made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on the unit price bid on the bid proposal form. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of his maximum bid price subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids, to evaluate any Bid, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be for the best interest of the Owner.
