Renovation of a military facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Repair walk-in freezer at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station. Scope of Work Refer to Figure 1: Base Overview for the location of the freezer in Building 37. Figure 2 shows the entrance to the walk-in cooler and freezer unit. Access to the freezer is obtained through the cooler. 1. Remove Walk-In Freezer Internal Components a. Remove existing refrigerant from system and turn it in to the government. Contractor is responsible for providing the refrigerant container. b. Coordinate with Base Environmental Officer for any additional hazardous waste disposal. c. Remove old freezer's evaporator, defrost unit, condenser, associated line set and other supporting components.
