Renovation of a detention facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Reference Number 0000323130 Washtenaw County Facilties Management is requesting the replacement of two (2) roof sections, section 4 (roughly 18,736 sq. ft.) and section 5 (roughly 11,236 sq. ft.) on the Washtenaw County Jail located at 2201 Hogback, Ann Arbor, 48105. The selected Contractor will be expected to provide these replacements based on the prices quoted in this bid. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision with incidental services necessary to make needed replacement. The contractor will be expected to fully complete the attached price breakdown in the bid form or excel file. The accepted bidder will be offered a contract valid for an initial contract period of three (3) years. It is expected that these prices will be in effect until then. The County Facilities Management and the Washtenaw County Purchasing Division reserves the right before making an award to have the premises of the bidder inspected, or to take any action necessary to determine fitness, reliability and ability to perform. The inspection could check the physical location, facilities, and/or equipment for the ability to perform and comply with the conditions of the bid.
