Applicants should submit five copies of a letter of interest to include the following information: current workload, updated copies of insurance certificates and contractor's license, and a complete statement of Qualifications Packet The Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County announces that Construction Management (CM) Services will be required for work at our Joseph F. Chapman Jr. Club located at 3030 East 3rd Street, Panama City, FL 32405, for an upcoming major construction project. Partial scope of the project includes: 1.) Site Analysis to compare existing site rebuild with alternative site location & new construction 2.) Architectural & Engineering Services 3.) Major Renovations within existing structures 4.) Roof Repair to raised gym roof system 5.) New Construction to include secure entrance 6.) Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC 7.) Foundation expansion As authorized by Florida Statute 287.055, the selected firm(s) will establish a preconstruction services agreement, then a guaranteed maximum price with an established completion date. Professional Services Selection Committee will interview shortlisted applicants on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 beginning at 08:00 AM site to be determined. Approval of the CM Selection will follow soon after
