Chapman Jr. Club located at 3030 East 3rd Street, Panama City, FL 32405, for an upcoming major construction project. Partial scope of the project includes: 1.) Site Analysis to compare existing site rebuild with alternative site location & new construction 2.) Architectural & Engineering Services 3.) Major Renovations within existing structures 4.) Roof Repair to raised gym roof system 5.) New Construction to include secure entrance 6.) Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC 7.) Foundation expansion As authorized by Florida Statute 287.055, the selected firm(s) will establish a preconstruction services agreement, then a guaranteed maximum price with an established completion date. Professional Services Selection Committee will interview shortlisted applicants on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 beginning at 08:00 AM site to be determined. Approval of the CM Selection will follow soon after
