Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of 4/3/24, project has been awarded. The selected professional will develop drawings/design for a 16,500 square foot building to be the new Canyon County Elections professional office building. The building will be located on a 1.3 parcel adjacent to the West Valley Humane Society on 5801 Graye Lane in Caldwell. The anticipated start date for installation is Fall 2023, with an estimated completion date of Summer 2024. Questions regarding this RFQ and requests for any clarification regarding its terms or the Project will be considered only if they are submitted in writing and received by the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners no later than 5:00p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. All questions and clarifications to the RFQ will be addressed in a written addendum to be issued Tuesday, May 23, 2023. No verbal answers or clarifications will be binding on the County or the proposing contractor. The addendums and RFQ will be made available in electronic and hard copy formats. Selection Process Begins 9:30a.m, Thursday, June 1, 2023 Notice of Ranking (top 3) released . 9:30a.m., Thursday, June 15, 2023 Supplemental interviews (if necessary) TBD Notice of Intent to Negotiate Issued by Board TBD Contract Signing TBD The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
