The requirements in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW), the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform all specifications repair and paint the windows area of the second floor Administration Building. There are a total of 14 windows, the contractor shall furnish personnel with knowledge, qualifications, and working experience to perform the project requirements. The completion of the Windows Repairs requirements is listed in the SOW. Upon acceptance the Contractor shall commence work not to interfere with unit normal operational schedule. All additional costs associated with the window repairs shall be provided in writing prior to any work not listed in the initial proposal/quote is conducted. The work shall be coordinated with the unit based off its operational schedule. All quotes must be received before the solicitation close.
