A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of removal and replacement of concrete site walls and steps at the Old Courthouse for the County of Northampton. The Contractor shall employ his workers for overtime work without additional cost to the Owner if required to meet the completion dates. The scope of the work shall not be limited to what is specifically called out on the drawings or specifications, but shall include any and all selective demolition as well as any cutting and patching as may be required to accomplish the intended construction. Contract Work: The Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. The General Construction Contract includes exterior Structural and Architectural site work. It also includes administrative and coordination responsibilities. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to: a. b. c. d. e. f. Principal responsibilities as project coordinator. Temporary Fencing and Guardrails (as required). Final cleaning. Progress photographs and development of the overall project schedule Overall coordination of the work Temporary Facilities in the General Construction Contract: 1) Un-piped temporary toilets, wash facilities and drinking water facilities including disposable supplies. 2) General waste disposal facilities including recycling (dumpsters) for use by the Contractor.
