Scope of Work: This work will generally consist of storm line and water line relocation on the portion of the existing site for the future high school building replacement and involves: Removing and replacing an existing 72- inch storm water line with a new 84- inch storm water line, replacement of existing sanitary lines and replace with new sanitary lines, clearing and grading, erosion and sediment control, temporary storm water drainage, temporary seeding, installation of a construction entrance, installation of construction staging and lay down area(s), and related documentation and controls for this work, in anticipation for future building construction and additional future follow-on site work. The project site is located on the existing George Wythe High School campus at 4314 Crutchfield Street, Richmond, Virginia. Crutchfield Street is the northern boundary and Midlothian Turnpike is the southern boundary of the site. The site is approximately 27.8 acres and consists of the existing school building, grass-covered recreational fields, and several parking lots. a. Richmond Public Schools is soliciting lump sum, sealed bids for the Early Site Package at the site of the New George Wythe High School.
