he City is proposing to convert the existing hotel located at 12027 N. 28th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85029 to transient and permanent supportive housing for veterans. The scope of work includes interior renovation and conversion of existing residential units and auxiliary spaces. Major components include mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscape, and other incidental work. The project gross area is approximately 148,000 sf. This project will utilize ARPA funds. The non-federal entity must take all necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used when possible.
