Site work and remodeling of a fire / police facility in Reedsport, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 9,499-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The scope of this project is the seismic rehabilitation and remodel of Fire Station 7 in Reedsport, OR. This project is funded by a seismic retrofit grant through the state of Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority as well as funds from the owner for remodel related scope of work. The drawings indicate where owner funds are to be used for budgeting purposes. All construction related bids shall separate seismic related scope of work from remodel scope of work as indicated in the construction documents. The scope of the remodel consists of expanding the existing dispatch area by removing one of the apparatus bays. The orientation of the apparatus bays will be rotated 90 degrees to exit onto Winchester Ave. The G.C. is responsible for all aspects of construction necessary for the completion of all work incidental to the work illustrated in the construction documents.
