Renovation of a medical facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Scope of Services The scope of this project includes replacement of the Ash conveyor system associated with the coal-fired boilers at the Central plant serving the entire CMHIP campus. Phase 1 of the project will consist of replacement of Ash piping, Ash valves and Ash Clinker grinders. The project will need to be completed before heating season. All Questions are due May 19, 2023, at 2:00 pm and all answers will be provided by May 24, 2023. All questions and answers will be posted by addenda on VSS. Verbal answers and clarifications must be addressed in the addendum to be considered part of the Contract. Phase 1 includes replacement of all heat plant ash piping along with ash clinker grinders The scope of this project includes replacement of the Ash conveyor system associated with the 2 coal-fired boilers at the Central plant serving the entire CMHIP campus. Phase 1 of the project will consist of replacement of Ash piping, Ash valves and Ash Clinker grinders. The project will need to be completed before heating season. This is phase 1 of 2 phases. Additional work, similar in nature to this project on additional phases, may be given to the awarded contractor at a later date without public advertisement. It shall be the sole discretion of the owner if additional work will be granted to the contractor based on, but not limited to, the contractor's quality, and timeliness. The owner has the right to publicly advertise any additional work and the awarded contractor is not guaranteed additional work.
