Renovation of a municipal facility in Appomattox, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Appomattox County hereby requests the submission of proposals from qualified private entities for the renovation and adaptive reuse of the County's 1890's Courthouse as a meeting area for the Board of Supervisors and other similar bodies. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. All inquiries concerning this RFP should be submitted in writing via email to John Spencer at john.spencer@appomattoxcountyva.gov. Deadline for questions is 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.
