Install new architectural dimensional type roof shingles. Include new drip edge and any required flashing components and vents.Tuckpoint any loose bricks above the exterior of the roof line so that proper step flashing and counterflashing can be achieved. All work must comply with current code requirements. Roof shingles must have a manufacturer's wan-anty of at least 30 years and be installed to manufactures specifications. 2) Gutters - Install new aluminum gutter system - include all downspouts and extensions to maintain proper drainage away from the foundation. 3) Porches - Reinforce all loose metal railings (ront porch) and secure all loose wooded deck boards and railings (side porch). 4) Exterior Doors- Replace Front and Side entry doors with similar solid core steel doors. Include deadbolt and all hardware and necessary trim for a clean flt. Replace front and side storm doors and replace with similar style.
