Renovation of a parking garage in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The University is conducting an RFP for Underground Parking Ventilation Upgrade. Chestnut Residence and Conference Center (Chestnut) has 5 levels of underground parking garage. Chestnut is looking to upgrade the parking ventilation system. The successful Proponent will be responsible to replace 9 supply fans, 9 exhaust fans and 3 inline horizontal belt drive fans serving the underground parking garage. In addition, the successful Proponent will install a new carbon monoxide detection system and interlocked them with the operation of the respective fans and connect the whole system to the existing Building automation system (BAS). The successful proponent shall supply and install components required for this Underground garage ventilation upgrade. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
