Renovation of a municipal facility in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor is expected to supply labor and materials for a new shingled roof. 1. Approximately 8,300 square feet 2. Remove and dispose all existing materials down to roof deck. 3. Inspect and Replace any bad or rotten plywood decking. 4. Install GAF ice and water shield, (or equivalent) 5. Install new GAF Felt Buster synthetic underlayment. (or equivalent) 6. Install new GAF Pro-starter strip shingles along the perimeter of roof, (or equivalent) 7. Install aluminum flashing areas per manufacturer's specifications. (Color TBD) 8. Install new GAF Seal-a-Ridge across peak of roof and hip lines, (or equivalent) 9. Install new GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles. (Color TBD) 10. Install new vent collars. 11. Remove existing translucent panels and replace with new plywood and shingles. 12. All Trash and debris cleaned up and removed by the completion ofthe job. 13. Provide owner with GAF 50 year warranty, (or equivalent) Please note that this job will potentially qualify for the PA Dept, of L&l Prevailing wages Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to Tim Frank (tfrank@hatfield.org) no later than May 17th at 12:00 pm Shed Roof replacement
