Renovation of a transportation facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Work of this project provides for the furnishing of all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment and plant, and the performing of all Work in accordance with these specifications and drawings, with exception of work that is expressly and specifically not included in the project. The installation of backflow prevention assemblies at the NFTA Metro Frontier Bus Garage at 1000 Military Road, Buffalo, NY 14216. The work will provide for the installation of a new domestic water service and fire service assemblies in an insulated box and the removal of the existing underground pit and piping. The installation of backflow prevention assemblies at the NFTA Metro Coldspring Bus Garage at 1547 Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14209. The work will provide for the installation of 3 new fire service assemblies in insulated boxes at separate location at the site and the removal of the existing underground pit and piping at each location. The installation of backflow prevention assemblies at the NFTA Metro Babcock Bus Garage at 721 New Babcock Street, Buffalo, NY 14206. The work will provide for the installation of a new domestic water service and fire service assemblies in an insulated box and the removal of the existing underground pit and piping. The NFTA hereby establishes an overall goal of 3% for SDVOB participation
