Bolsa Chica Maintenance Station: 1) Contractor agrees to remove and legally dispose of all replaced lighting items or work-related items at the Bolsa Chica Maintenance Station. For existing and proposed LED light locations, see Attachment 4, Existing Lighting Plans and Attachment 6, Existing Condition Photos. 2) Contractor agrees to use Caltrans provided inventory for the replacement lighting fixtures. Contractor will also be responsible for providing additional lighting fixtures. Attachment 5, Materials Lists outlines how many lighting fixtures Caltrans will provide and how many lighting fixtures the Contractor shall provide. 3) Contractor agrees to install 26 Lumination Recessed LED Troffer Luminaire Series office light fixtures two feet by four feet (2'x4') from General Electric (GE) company or equivalent. New recessed troffer light fixtures shall be LED with a nominal size of two feet by four feet (2'x4'), 4,800 lumens, 36 Watts, 120/277 Volts, and 4000 degrees of Kelvin (K) (Type 1). 4) Contractor agrees to install 31 Lumination Series surface mount wraparound LED office light fixtures one foot by four feet (1'x4') from GE or equivalent. New office light fixtures one foot by four feet (1'x4') shall be LED surface mount wraparound light, 5,600 lumens, 51 Watts, 120/277 Volts, and 4,000K (Type 2 on Attachment 5, Materials Lists). 5) Contractor agrees to install 28 ABV Series LED High Bay pendant SHOP light fixtures one foot by one foot (1'x1') from GE or equivalent. New SHOP light fixtures shall be LED high bay pendant fixture with a nominal size of one foot by one foot (1'x1'), 11,000-12,100 lumens, 68-74 Watts, 120/277 Volts, and 4,000K (Type 3 on Attachment 5, Materials Lists). 6) Contractor agrees to retrofit nine (9) surface mounted LED office light fixtures one foot by four feet (1'x4') from GE company or equivalent to replace existing recessed can lights. Contractor agrees to patch exposed drywall openings to the ceiling if existing can light openings are no longer necessary and paint to match existing (Type 2 on Attachment 5, Materials Lists).
