2023 Street Resurfacing 4th and 5th Reference Number 0000319035 General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Resurfacing of 4th street from Clinton to Orchard and 5th street from Clinton to road end. The project shall be bid as one project identified in the table below. The City will then determine which of these projects will be completed with available funding. The specifications are as follows: 1. Contractor to be responsible for setting-up and maintain traffic control, including signs designating street closure. 2. Rotary mill the existing asphalt surface to a depth of minimum of four inches. Contractor shall be responsible for transporting milled material to a location of the City's choosing not to exceed City limits.
