Questions regarding bid specifications can be addressed to eugene sorkin, nbc principal facilities engineer via email esorkin@narrabay.Com by june 14, 2023 by 4:00pm. Terms of service Term of service for the relining of tanks will be from july 1, 2023, to september 30, 2023, with reserve timeline from april 15, 2024, to june 15, 2024. Tanks will be taken offline for relining one or two at a time. Vendor must schedule with nbc designatedrepresentative. Project must be completed by june 30, 2024. Surety (when requested). Bidder must furnish a bid bond or certified check for 3% of the bid in the amount stated. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% performance bond. The narragansett bay commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any technicalities or irregularities in its best interest Bidder to provide labor and materials for the relining of Narragansett Bay Commission’s (NBC) four (4) Sodium Hypochlorite Solution storage tanks, floor (4) and walls (2), per NBC specification
